I am certified as an MBT therapist and supervisor. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with additional certification in Prana and Pranayama breath practices. Additionally, I’m trained in DBT, somatic, and psychoanalytic psychotherapies.

I work with young adults, individuals, and couples from every background—cultural, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual, or none at all. I offer a unique therapy niche for performing artists and athletes. As a former competitive figure skater and coach, I understand what it’s like to live simultaneously in two different worlds - regular life and performance life.

I'm LGBTQAI+ allied and specialize in the treatment of chronic depression, anxiety, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, and personality disorders.

As your therapist, my approach is to meet you where you are and start to understand how you experience the world from YOUR perspective. We will think together about how those experiences may have created patterns within yourself and your relationships that keep you stuck in what feels like a never-ending negative loop.
