My mission is to help people recover from trauma by reconnecting with the body, restoring emotional safety, and reclaiming their true selves. Rooted in both personal experience and integrative science, my method draws from embodied mentalizing, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and depth psychotherapy to support deep healing. Informed by experts in neuroscience, attachment, and science of yoga,  trauma and our early attachment relationships can lead to toxic stress, affecting the nervous system, psychological health, and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, the healing journey is not just restorative, but essential.
